Car servicing in Uxbridge

Regular servicing keeps a car reliable and catches small issues before they grow. Inscripta Autotech follows manufacturer-recommended intervals for your vehicle, uses quality parts and fluids, and keeps a clear record of everything checked and replaced.

Signs you need this

  • A service is due by mileage or by time
  • You have just bought a used car and want a clean baseline
  • You are planning a long journey and want peace of mind
  • The car is not running as smoothly as it used to
  • You want a check over before a busy period

What we do

Book a service as a morning drop-off. Tell us your mileage and your last service and we will confirm the right schedule for your car.

  • Engine oil and oil filter replacement
  • Air, pollen and fuel filters as your vehicle requires
  • Fluid levels checked and topped up as needed
  • Brakes, suspension and steering inspected
  • Tyre condition and pressures checked
  • Battery, charging and lights checked

We record what was checked and replaced, and explain anything that needs attention now or in the near future. Any additional work is quoted and agreed with you first.

Makes covered

  • Most makes and models

What a diagnostic costs

  • Basic Diagnostic Check – £45 (Autel MS906)
  • Security-locked vehicles – £80–£150 depending on make and model

Priced after diagnostic check, agreed with you before any further work.

Basic Diagnostic Check — what the check covers, and what happens after it.

A booking request is not a confirmed appointment: the garage confirms availability with you. Call 07494 227487 if the problem may be urgent.

Frequently asked questions

How often should my car be serviced?

It depends on your manufacturer’s schedule, usually an annual interval or a mileage interval whichever comes first. Tell us your model and mileage and we will point you to the right one.

What is the difference between an interim and a full service?

An interim service covers the essentials such as oil, filters and key safety checks. A full service is more thorough and replaces or checks more items. Most cars alternate between the two.

Does servicing protect my warranty?

Servicing to the manufacturer’s schedule helps build a clear history for your vehicle, and we record what we do. Check your specific warranty terms for anything they require.

Can I wait while the car is serviced?

It is usually easiest to drop the car off in the morning. We will contact you as soon as it is ready.

Which parts and fluids do you use?

We use quality parts and fluids suited to your vehicle. If you would prefer a particular brand or genuine parts, just tell us when you book.

Do you record the service for my vehicle?

Yes. We keep a record of the service, and we can stamp a physical service book if you have one.

Good to know

Service intervals vary by make, model and how the vehicle is used, so we follow the manufacturer’s guidance for your car. A service is a maintenance visit and is separate from any statutory inspection.
